Part of the territory of Bolivia  was formed by the vast empire of the Incas in the pre-Columbian times. Bolivia was became a free nation, independent, multiethnic and pluricultural sovereign on August 6 th , 1825.
Internationally Bolivia is well-known as the "territories of the Plateau", where we find the high navigable lake of the planet, with the highest seat Government of the world, and the elevated track of located ski more in its high mountains.
Two thirds of Bolivian territory are located in the tropics, the Amazon whose average elevation is 300 a .s.l., therefore we have more than ten ecological floors with flora and fauna acclimated in several ecosystems. As descending from the high mountains with cold air, we feel hotter and warmer breezes, where the tropical zone is opened between rivers.
